Take the Advice

As most anybody reading this blog knows, I'm a franchisee. One of the things that I've learned in the time that I have had the franchise is that some people are made for a franchise and others are not. In general I'm a good fit, I follow the system and the advice of the other franchisees 99% of the time. However when I don't I always end up kicking myself. If you're in a franchise you've paid a lot of money in franchise fees and more importantly royalties, make sure you are getting your money's worth by consulting with the other owners and corporate and then TAKE THE ADVICE.
